Project Overview: Courtship Flooring was contracted by Aston University to address issues with their main sports hall’s Junckers beech sprung floor system. The project involved a thorough inspection, repairs, and complete restoration of the floor surface.

1. Conducted a comprehensive inspection of the Junckers premium quality beech sprung floor system
2. Identified areas requiring repair due to movement and level inconsistencies

4. Performed necessary flooring repairs to address movement-related damage
5. Thoroughly sanded the entire floor surface through various grits to achieve a fine finish
6. Set out and painted all game lines according to the existing specification
7. Applied two coats of Bona Super Sport HD Accredited seal system for protection and performance
The restoration process successfully addressed the movement and levelling issues of the sports hall floor. The newly sanded, lined, and sealed surface not only resolved the initial problems but also rejuvenated the entire playing area, providing an optimal surface for various sporting activities.
